Open Framework i3 v4.0 is an open source technological solution for process management which integrates planning, production management and supply chain capabilities geared towards the factory of the future, Industry 4.0.
It covers all areas of industrial production management, from work order management to quality control, from on-site materials traceability (SGA) to maintenance of productive resources.
The solution complies with international standard ISA-95 and includes interfaces for integration with the main ERP systems in the market.
The MES module includes solutions for direct connexion to PLCs and SCADA systems, allowing management of all relevant information regarding on-site process control managed by the ERP, PLC and SCADA.
Open Framework i3 v4.0 allows online monitoring of the facility, and provides information on quality control and the progress of work orders. It also provides key performance indicators on performance, availability and quality (OEE), making and invaluable contribution to lean manufacturing through the identification of areas where productivity and process quality can be improved.
