UCAE is a service for outsourcing the administrative management of the Coordination of Business Activities – Subcontracting Act , supported by a cloud app in SaaS.
UCAE born under the Law of Prevention of Occupational Risks, with the development of Royal Decree 171/2004 in which all requirements for both the main contratctor and the subcontracting companies in the development of activities in the workplace of the main company.
We offer an outsourcing service for the requirement management and control of all the contracts to accessing the workplace of the main company, including a web application for the coordination of business activities, accessible via Internet, for use by contractors and main. This service allows both have all documentation validated minimizing errors and fully updated.
It is complemented by a call center platform for the principal and contracts, for the validation of documents and customer service, all documentation classified according to their type – labor, administrative or prevention of occupational risks
